Thoughts on wine

I have the menu completed, and I have had the best intentions of going to the wine store to make my selections. Unfortunately for specificity I have started a ton of projects around the house, and painting the bathrooms seems to be a better use of my time than detailing a month's worth of potential wines to consume. So here's the plan... I am going to submit the menu to Derrick (our wonderful webmaster) as is, with only wine varietals listed. Since I am maintaining this blog now, when the time comes to have folks over for dinner I will include details about the evening's libation of choice. I hope that you all can bear to make your reservations without knowing exactly which chardonnay we will enjoying for the evening. I am sending Derrick the website info tonight, so hopefully it will up and running in the near future!
